What is a Health Coach?

Having a coach might seem like something that is unattainable and expensive. These were my perceptions anyway, before I had experienced coaching first hand. Coaching transformed my life, it gave me the direction, confidence, perspective, clarity and the boost that I needed to make changes in my life. It is quite literally life changing. There are not many experiences that have the power to be that transformative.

Coaching can help you achieve your goals. Whether they are health related – lose weight, get fitter, increase your energy, reduce stress, improve fertility, lose the bloated stomach, tackle food intolerances, reduce alcohol or more general – start that side hustle, increase your confidence, change jobs, make decisions more efficiently etc. A coach can give you clarity on your goals, can break them down into small manageable steps, keep you accountable to your action steps, give you that push to take action NOW & help you to unhook from limiting beliefs. Yes, it will be hard work….let’s face it, if it was easy to change then we would all just do it wouldn’t we. And yes, it will require you to be radically honest which can be tough at times. However, we are all capable of change, sometimes we just need some motivation and a lot of support. That is where I come in! I can help you to realise your potential and become the version of you that you want to be.

I believe that striving for a better life is worth it. By paying for coaching you are declaring that you are worth investing in and you have goals and dreams that you want to achieve. Coaching will help you get unstuck and get past stagnation. It will give you fresh insights, challenge you and support you. Coaching will help you to achieve you goals much faster than without a coach.
