Ideal for those who want a blast of inspiration and motivation and want some tangible actions to work on.
You do not need to dislike your body to lose weight. The best way to lose weight in the long term is to approach it holistically (including stress, mental health, sleep, gratitude, body positivity) and with self compassion. The power hour will give you a feel for my approach.
This session will help you get past an obstacle which is keeping you stuck and you will leave with some action steps to implement straight away.
This is recommended for people who need some guidance but do not want to commit to a longer plan.
